In the cold chain an undetected excursion can mean lost product. Continuous monitoring replaces manual reading sheets with an automatic, time-stamped record of every reading, and with an alarm that arrives while there is still time to act.
How it is solved
- One logger per refrigerator or cold room, with an internal sensor or with a probe to measure inside the unit with the door closed.
- A typical range of 2 to 8 °C for refrigerated products, with a configurable delay so that brief door openings do not trigger an alert.
- Dual probes to monitor two compartments, or a freezer and a refrigerator, with a single device.
- Reports for each period with maximums, minimums and time out of range.
Backed by a laboratory
Loggers can be delivered calibrated by AKRIMET, the metrology laboratory of AKRIBIS One, with their certificate, and recalibrated periodically.
